SHIPPING AND PRODUCTION

Shipping inside the GTA is a set rate of $10.99 per order, regardless of quantity, product or size.

Outside the GTA, shipping will be calculated at checkout. A rural delivery surcharge will be applied to remote addresses.

Free shipping on orders over $175 (after any promotional discounts and before taxes & shipping are calculated) and is unavailable to rural addresses due to the delivery surcharge.

Pickup is available at our Toronto location. Those wishing to pickup will be notified via email when the order is ready. A 15% discount will be applied at checkout.

Shipping time is based on the distance from our Toronto facility. Rural addresses may require extra time.

Priority shipping is available but does not mean same day production.

Production is 3-5 working days and varies depending on product. This is an average and may increase due to a big rush of orders. All products are custom and must be packaged accordingly which may increase production time.
